Why we made it
For years, chiropractors have asked us for digital files of our posters to use in their Reports of Findings. Our posters stay print-only, so we built something designed for the job: a complete set of Report of Findings pages you can edit and print yourself.
Why the design matters
The Report of Findings is where a patient decides whether to start care, and the pages you hand them are what they take home. Clear, well-designed material helps them understand what you found and remember what you recommended. It also shows them the same standard you bring to your treatment room.

Customizing your kit
Everything is edited in Canva, so you don't need design software or experience. Start with your colors, fonts and logo, then add your address, phone number and booking link. Then read through the text and adjust it to how you practice. If you get stuck, Canva's own help pages and countless video tutorials cover every tool you'll need.

No. Your license covers one practice and brand, at up to 3 locations. The kit can't be shared, resold or passed on to other clinics. If you run more than 3 locations, contact us at hello@kirografiks.com for a larger license.

No. You can customize the whole kit with a free Canva account. Canva Pro can help when you export for print, because it offers more PDF options, such as CMYK color, which some print shops prefer.
Yes, all updates are free for license holders, whenever you bought the kit.
